hello Manu -- I just arrived back home to New York,
after 3 days in Chamonix. Fred and Claude are still there,
The competition begins on Friday and continues most of the day on Saturday,
in the Patinoire. The teams are from Netherlands, England, France and
Italy. And, of course, the U.S. If you enjoy the sport, there is some
beautiful skating to watch, I guarantee!
I am writing to tell you that from my research, you have absolutely the best
place in town!!!! we would like to return for next summer's speedskating
camp...
So, what is your rate if we could get a group together and rent the whole
chalet?

We would like to thank you for our lovely stay at your bed and breakfast on June 14 thru 17. Of our travels in France, Chamonix was our favorite place. Much of this was due to your kindness and hospitality.
In Arles we met up with Steve Smith and told him how much we loved your place. (He said he will be in Chamonix in a week or two, so he may visiting). Every time we come to Europe, we E-mail the guide books with feedback. Your place will be at the top of our list. Hope to see you again some day !

Le voyage c'est bien passé. J'ai dormi comme un ange et Henri moins bien que moi. La pluie nous attendais à la Gare et je suis restée toute ma journée de lundi au lit.
Enfim, je voulais vous dire que ça na pas était le Mont Blanc qui ma le plus touché a Chamonix, mas vous 4! Merci beaucoup pour toute votre attention et tendresse! C'est tellement rare de faire de rencontres de ce type que l'on dirait un cadeau du ciel.

Salut, mes amis! I just wanted to let you know that my father is feeling
much better now. He's not quite back to normal yet, but he's getting there
quickly and he's been able to go into work. Unfortunately, he and my mother
both realize that they could be in Chamonix right now and after seeing all my
pictures, they are doubly depressed about it.
I also wanted to thank you for being such wonderful hosts during our week and
a half with you. The Chalet Beauregard is such a lovely place and Trestney
and I both feel lucky to have stayed there. We just wish the time hadn't
flown by so quickly.
I hope the snow keeps falling for you and that you enjoy the rest of winter.
With any luck, Trestney and I will be back very soon to see you again.
